Xfinity Virtual Prepaid Card Doesn't Work

Title. This morning I received a reward code to redeem the prepaid card. I redeemed it, but no confirmation email was received, and when I tried to log in to the portal to resend the virtual link, I never receive any code at my email address either. When I try to redeem again it shows as already redeemed. Is this all some sort of elaborate scam to make you think you have got the promo when there's literally nothing???

As far as I'm concerned the DM is very inefficient and ineffective. It takes over 15 minutes for someone to reply to each message, and that's when it's going smoothly. The issue is still not being resolved.
