Xfinity / Verizon wifi calls going to voicemail

Hi team, 

Accross 2 phones (Mine and my wife) we are unable to receive wifi calls at home. Calls to the phone simply go to voicemail. 

Also concurrent with the issue, my personal model shows as "Not activated" even after activating multiple times. I am able to surf the internet but not receive wifi calls.

Hey there user_t991fq. I can certainly can understand the trouble if your phone is acting up. I would be happy to assist. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

Hi there, 

I have reset both phones, reset the modem, re-activated the modem on my account, and disconnected and reconnected the wifi calling option on my phones.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
