Xfinity Utility Post needs moving

It seems my forum does not show a chat bubble next to the notification bell so I'm try to figure out how I can request a support ticket to have a my Xfinity Utility post moved as it is in front of my electrical panel and hinders access.   I called customer service & got someone in the Phillipines that had no idea and wanted to me to approve an installation charge.   When I asked to be transferred to the domestic US, I was told he doesn't have that capability.  Needless to say when I wouldn't approve he told me he couldn't help & I should go to an local Xfinity store.    Please help!
