Xfinity upgrade
I been having the same issue for over a year now since I transferred my service over and I regret that with a passion . I continue to get told my credit is saying 0$ so I’m not eligible for a phone but no agents seem to know how to resolve the issue. Everytime I speak with someone they tell me they will follow up and have the matter fixed then I never hear from them again . This is ridiculous
