Xfinity upgrade
I have received several calls from someone claiming to represent Xfinity and wanting my authorization to proceed with an orbital relocation upgrade. Is this authentic?

Hi user_55ndjj,
Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well. I can confirm an orbital relocation upgrade is nothing that we currently offer or actively promote. I would certainly not engage with this number going forward.
If you have Xfinity Voice, you can use the spam blocker controls to help you navigate unwanted calls as you can read about here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-spam-blocker-settings. You can also sign up for Nomorobo, which helps block spam calls too. It's a great tool and free for Xfinity Voice and Mobile customers. Here is the link to get started https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/nomorobo.
We also have options for Xfinity Mobile lines which you can read about here https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/article/how-to-block-robocalls. This includes options like being added to the National Do Not Call list. Hope this helps!
