Xfinity universal tickets.

Me and another family member had redeemed the 2 free universal tickets and there is no place to find the associated info. Can someone please help us as we had a trip planned. Thank you.

the reward is not in the redeemed reward section of the account. We leave on July 1st. Kind of freaking out a bit.
