Xfinity underground cable work - damaged sprinkler system

The underground cable work that was done to connect us as a new Xfinity customer resulted in damaged underground sprinkler lines. This is a continuing saga for a very wild ride to get our Xfinity services which also included being charged for internet and tv services that were not yet installed; as well as having the underground Xfinity cable being installed twice (separate community forum posting in January). I tried to respond to the DM thread on the original  underground cable issue, but now am told I could be violating the forum and communication policy, so starting a new thread. Now that it's time to turn on sprinklers, they are leaking. Today the sprinkler servicing company was here and determined the pipes are broken, smashed and disconnected. Our sprinkler servicer will repair them for us and we expect that we will be reimbursed by Xfinity for these damages. I have pictures of the issues. What are the next steps?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
