Xfinity Underground Cable Installation Broke my Water Line

Someone from Xfinity came out to bury a cable line yesterday and broke my water line without notifying me. Now after more than a day of not having water and a burned up water pump that was not shut off, i am left with a very large bill from a plumber. How can this be addressed?

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
