The Xfinity App is also a great way to stay informed regarding any issues or status of the network nearby. You can check for updates and even set up text alerts by texting “OUT” to 266278 to check for any issues in the area, which is helpful and something I personally rely on for situations like this.
The Status Page online will also allow you to enter your address to monitor potential alerts in the area.
