Xfinity tried up get customer changing plan with the fake promise.

Last time, when I chat online with representative about my current modem wouldn't be compatible anymore, he promised me with new plan INCLUDING the combo MODEM and WIFI with a little cheaper than I had.  I got the equipment but hadn't set up the modem because my old one still works.  Few months later, when I got internet problem, I decided to switch to Xfinity equipment.  Setting it up, it required me to contact customer service to get the internet.  When I talked to him, he told me that I have to pay to renting the equipment.  I told him that my plan got it included, he said no.   Then he tried to sell me another plan.  Till now, I am using my old modem.  It won't get me up to the speed that I pay for but at least I don't have to pay extra fee.
