Xfinity trade-in process is too much hassle for simple trade-in.
I want to make a complaint and share my negative experience with the whole process in trade-in. Xfinity was offering a promo for the new iphone 17 pro max. The problem was there was no stock in store so they had to deliver it. It came earlier than the expected delivery date and I wasn’t home. SO INSTEAD OF HOLDING IT AT THE UPS OFFICE THEY HAD TO SEND IT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE and make me a new order. I went to the store and they could no longer apply the promo offer on my account. SO I called customer service and he said I had to return my new phone that I just bought in-store (because I got it bought under upgrading my line get $400 off the iphone 17) SO he could create a shipping label for me to get the new phone (to be eligible under the trade in offer promo get 700 off). I ALREADY have the new iphone, why do I need to ship it back???? Couldn’t they just give me a discount and void the promo under my account??? ;((( please xfinity change your process. This is terrible terrible experience for new buyers because I had no idea that I had the option to change the drop off location..

I do want to clarify that we don't control UPS or the shipping methods or processes they have for packages that are returned to them if they can't be delivered. Now we can look at getting you the promo you were originally on. I had my old phone sold already. I guess that means I won’t be able to qualify for the 700 off trade in promo?
