Xfinity time to be sued

For 2 months I have not been refunded for being charged a whole year of extra charges I had my account set up on auto pay and never looked at it then one day when my internet stopped working I had to go to the app and I saw it there 33 $ extra for 12 months. I’m tired of the ring around and took it upon myself and started recording the conversations with your “costumer service” as I see it right now it’s time to take legal action.

I have done that they refuse to submit a ticket and ignore my emails and calls and your “costumer service” has lied multiple times over the phone and yes I recorded everything as my lawyer told me too, if you can give me a number that isn’t automated that connects me to corporate that would be great if not please don’t comment on my post.

@XfinityKrista is a corporate employee and should be able to help you.  However, by your own admission, you failed to look at your billing statements, and according to Comcast's terms of service you would only be refunded for 3 or 4 months' worth of over charges.

I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am a Customer Expert volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.
