Xfinity thinks my street address is a business

Dear Xfinity,

When I attempt to use the Xfinity website to buy cable internet service, upon entering my street address, the website informs me that the address is a business and refuses to let me continue. The address is in fact a multi-occupant building containing residential apartments. How can I proceed with buying Xfinity cable internet service? Thank you.
