Xfinity terminating account w/o cause

Hello this past weekend Comcast legal decided to terminate our account without cause it’s causing a lot of stress on my family on me and everyone else we did nothing wrong here I’ll say it again my grandparents are old actually in they’re 80s and this stress your legal department is putting on me and them is insane someone almost had to goto the hospital because of it so we want to know why Comcast decided just to terminate us say we’re getting a letter never got a letter just terminated us thanks.
