Xfinity television

Is there an outage in the Lynn MA area? I have no television and I can’t reach customer service. My Xfinity app will not load on my phone. Can I get some assistance to let me know if it is a problem that is being addressed?

If the Xfinity App is not working, you can also check for service interruption updates on our Support Page. What happens when you try to access the Xfinity App?
