Xfinity technician
My name is David [Edited: "Personal Information"] I visit a store in Modesto California made an appointment he said he can get a technician out the same day in between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. technician showed up approximately 1:11pm a knock at my front door my child (age 12) was sitting in the living room heard the knock, went to the other side of the house to notify me by time I went outside I didn't see a technician I walked around the side of my house I didn't see the technician however the vehicle was there I was standing on the porch and then I saw him standing on the other side of his vehicle and I was waiting for him for about 5 to 8 minutes he walked in around his vehicle picked up his cones and said he rescheduled my appointment I was very upset when he said that because he was still here I did not receive a phone call upon arrival from the technician. I told him that my child was in the living room and heard the knock..... He began to say well you shouldn't leave your child unattended. refused any type of service was not professional how he was talking with me. I'm a very upset customer clearly , to me this guy gave me the vibes that he doesn't care about the customer or his role with Xfinity as he's driving around with a billboard representing Xfinity. As I started to pull out my phone to take pictures of his vehicle he quickly hopped and started the car and took off and waved at me as he drove away.

5'8" Blue Polo with glasses
Italian maybe Hispanic mixture
He had a thin beard probably in his mid 40s early 50s
This set of numbers was on the driver side towards the bottom of the Xfinity vehicle
