Xfinity technician worked on a cable line that was working perfectly and now doesn't work at all.
3 weeks ago, I was online and my mother was watching TV and she noticed an Xfinity truck outside. A technician went up in a cherry picker and was working on the line. Before he even left the cherry picker my Internet was out. The TV works for a couple of hours a day. I am waiting for a transplant and cannot have anyone in my house due to my immune system. I have had 3 technicians out to my house and none will go up to the line where the problem started.
