Xfinity Technician Issue
I switched to Astound last week to take advantage of their new promotion. Twice in a week and Xfinity tech has disconnected my outside box connection and switched it back to Xfinity. So I have no Internet. Do I call the police? Local news? Why is this happening? Can someone please contact me?
