Xfinity taken channels without changing the price

I'm just trying to understand how things work at Xfinity. I'm paying for the games that I can't see. I was told that they will be back in my line up within a week. No price change either. I'm going to cancel my TV service tomorrow.

My channels were NBC Sports Boston and Nesn were removed from my popular package and put into the Ultimate package.

@user_dkfatd Thanks for explaining. We can upgrade you to that package so you can enjoy the sports you need. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
