XFINITY SUPPORT

Recently the xfinity team changed wires outside my house, the outage was due to lightning 🌩. They restore the internet connection and left saying a contractor company would come to bury the wires in the lawn. Worst company ever just started digging through my lawn without any consent or prior notice. Now they have damaged a portion of my sprinkler line and its leaking heavily. I need to get it fixed ASAP its a HOA community and I need to keep my grass in good condition all the time. Please tell me what should I do next to expedite this issue
