Xfinity Support

I came home from work to find my router/gateway has no lights and Wi-Fi is not on. I unplugged device and plugged into a new outlet, there are still no lights on. There is an "outage" detected in the area...so I cannot get ANYONE on the phone to assist me.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_p1piyy Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for letting us know about the modem, so we can troubleshoot together until it's working properly. You mentioned that no lights are on, which tells me the modem is not receiving power. You already tried a different power outlet with no luck, so I would recommend replacing the modem.
Are you using Xfinity equipment? If so, you can replace it at your local Xfinity service center. Please use that link to find the most convenient location, then click on store details to schedule an appointment, so you can save time waiting in line if they happen to be busy when you arrive.
