Subject: Formal Dispute of Unreturned Equipment / Inventory Error on Closed Account
Hello Xfinity Support Team,
I recently closed my Xfinity account, number [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I am receiving recurring equipment recovery notices from your partner, Complete Recovery Corporation (Reference: [Edited: "Personal Information"]), demanding the return of an "X1 Digital Cable Box" with Serial Number [Edited: "Personal Information"].
I have never requested, possessed, or received this device at any point during my service. This appears to be a systemic inventory tracking error.
Please initiate a formal research request to trace this serial number, clear it from my profile history, and update the record to reflect that no equipment is outstanding. I request a confirmation message once this has been removed so that further collection actions are halted. Thank you.

I have a 3 page letter written to Brian Roberts, CEO of Comcast.  I have had a horrible experience trying to solve an internet problem which took 9 days to resolve.  Now I get an incorrect bill for $371.51 for seasonal hold service!

I just called and tried to get to Mike, the supervisor that handled my original issues because he guaranteed I would not have a billing issue!  After 36 minutes talking with Abby, she hung up!  I kept asking for a supervisor which she never did get.  So frustrated!!
