Xfinity Support
Hi. My company just made the decision to downsize, and I will need to relocate. I originally wanted to move my services as I just had it professionally installed a month ago. But I'm moving to a location, the live chat rep, the automated phone rep, and the live phone agent all said Xfinity did not cover. The Live chat rep and automated phone rep both authenticated by account and instructed me to connect with the live agent to cancel my services and see what options I had out there. Even after authenticating my account, the live agent said my services were already cancelled. However, when I asked to confirm the address, it was incorrect. I provided my account number which showed my bill from a few days ago along with the coverage clearly going to extend another month. The live agent told me she could connect me with another specialist who could help with this bill situation since she was very perplexed by it and they could help me find a service over there. However, even though I agreed to be transferred, I was just hung up on instead. Please help with my situation, as it has been rough enough with my job situation as it is and unwillingly having to move. Thank you.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@mikevu1 Hi there. First, I’m so sorry you're dealing with all of this on top of an unexpected job transition and move. That’s already a lot to navigate, and I can absolutely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive conflicting information and then be disconnected while trying to get answers. We'd be happy to take a closer look at your account, billing concerns, and service status. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
