I am trying to activate the peacock premium subscription that comes with my xfinity account and it is saying that my xfinity account is associated with another peacock account even though I am using my one and only peacock account.

We appreciate you for confirming that @user_3bubub! When signing in to Peacock, do you see an option to cancel the subscription? You may need to cancel your existing subscription and wait until the end of the billing cycle before activating Peacock. For instructions on canceling your existing subscription, see peacocktv.com/help/article/cancellation.
