You can use our self-service option by signing in with your user ID and password to explore our new Next Generation speed plans, which now include the Xfinity modem and unlimited data at no extra cost. https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels

 

 

When you sign in, you may also see special online promotions available only for your account.

 

If that option doesn’t work for you, please send us a direct message with your first and last name and complete service address. We’ll be happy to review the available options for you.

 

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
