1. Visit xfinity.com/xfinityassistant. - You can also find Xfinity Assistant by clicking the Chat with Xfinity button in your account.
2. Type a message to let us know what your issue is.
3. If you need help with one of the following, you'll be directed to the Report an Issue landing page: Missing Payment Hazardous or Dangerous Wires Misapplied Payment Duplicate Payment Overpayment Refunds
Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address, and we can get started anytime.
