Xfinity Support

My name is Matthew Thompson, and I live at 708 Kobe Court, Everson, WA.

I recently visited the Xfinity Store in Bellingham, located at 1145 E. Sunset Drive, Suite 105, Bellingham, WA 98226, on July 10, 2026. I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Sonvir Mann, for providing what was, without question, the best customer service I have ever received.

During our visit, Sonvir helped us transfer five phone lines from our previous carrier to Xfinity, including setting up two new iPhone 17s and three Apple Watches. Anyone who has transferred multiple phone lines knows how complicated and time-consuming that process can be, yet Sonvir handled every step with confidence, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail.

What stood out most was that he took the time to do the job right. Even though the store was very busy, he never made us feel rushed. He patiently answered every question, carefully ported each of our phone numbers from our previous carrier, ensured every device was activated correctly, and made sure we left with everything working exactly as it should. His knowledge of Xfinity's products and services was exceptional, and it was obvious that he genuinely cared about providing outstanding service rather than simply completing a transaction.

I was also accompanied by a close friend who is disabled and uses a wheelchair. Sonvir immediately recognized his needs and went out of his way to make him feel comfortable throughout our visit, even bringing him bottled water without being asked. It was a simple gesture, but one that demonstrated genuine kindness and compassion. He treated us with dignity, respect, and patience from the moment we walked through the door until we left.

In today's world, exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare. Sonvir exceeded every expectation we had. His professionalism, technical expertise, patience, and genuine care for his customers set him apart from anyone I have dealt with in any industry.

Because of Sonvir, I would not hesitate to recommend the Bellingham Xfinity store to my friends and family. In fact, I would recommend that anyone looking for Xfinity service ask specifically to work with him. Employees like Sonvir Mann are an incredible asset to your company and deserve to be recognized for the outstanding work they do.

Please share my sincere appreciation with Sonvir and his management team. I hope he receives the recognition he has earned. Thank you for employing people who represent your company with such excellence. He has earned a customer for life.
