Xfinity Support

Hi! I need my wifi transfer date to start on June 16th, NOT on the 21st. I’ve been going in circles with the robot trying to change it and it’s not working and I need wifi when I move in. Your website and your app are not letting me edit my move information.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
