I need to speak to a human about the lack of internet I am receiving due to outages every single night and the inability to speak with customer service due to the AI gatekeeper.

Thanks for reaching out to us, as a customer myself who works from home, I understand the need to have a stable working connection.

 

Service interruptions can happen for many different reasons, but once those do happen our techs are working around the clock to get everyone's services back up and running.

 

You can view the status of the service app interruption through our awesome Xfinity app.

 

Once the service interruption is resolved and your services are back up and running you can request credit for the downtime through the  Xfinity app as well.
