Xfinity Support

I need assistance canceling my Xfinity Internet service and need to handle it online/non-phone. I was directed to call, but I am unable to complete this by phone. Could an official Xfinity Support representative please help me through direct message? I can verify account details privately as needed.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
