Xfinity Support

I'd like to report a possible threat to an outside cable junction box. Something has burrowed a pretty large hole in the ground right next to it. It does not affect our service, but possible one of the neighbors. The hole is at the mailboxes in between our corner house [Edited: "Personal Information"] and the neighbor right behind us. The mailboxes are between us and the cable junction box is this side of them. It looks like something fairly large has burrowed there.

I received an email from Xfinity to post this after we got it.
