I completely understand looking to get service disconnected if you're no longer going to need that, and you've contacted the right place for support and can help with request. To send a direct message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
