Xfinity Support

My internet in Aurora Colorado was out for 24 hours. I want reimbursement for the Lost time. I was instructed to to "click on chat icon" I could not find a "chat icon" I was then to click on "pen and paper icon" and in "To" put in "Xfinity Support"

I want to know why I have no "chat icon" I am very frustrated at the work I was unable to do for  24 hours.

I understand how frustrating and disruptive that can be, especially when you work from home or rely on the internet for everyday needs. You can request a credit for service interruptions through our Xfinity assistant by utilizing the Xfinity app. I have also attached an article on Request a credit from the Xfinity Assistant. Have you had a chance to request one through the Xfinity assistant?
