Xfinity support

I’ve called and dealt with the AI bot who only restarted my modem and said everything was fine. I can’t get the Xfinity app to load on my phone even though it says put on your cellular connection and I’ve done that and the app still won’t load. As I see from the post, it’s impossible to talk to a human although I’ve reached one in the past. My Internet keeps dropping. It’ll connect and then it’ll drop. I need the Internet to keep working, that’s what I’m paying for. What do I do?
