Xfinity Support
Dear Xfinity Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to explain my current financial hardship and to respectfully request assistance with my account.
I was recently laid off from my job, which has created an unexpected financial strain on my household. During this difficult time, I am doing everything I can to manage my expenses while I work toward securing new employment.
I previously had a payment arrangement in place; however, my bank blocked the transaction, mistakenly flagging it as suspicious activity. This was beyond my control, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
At the same time, my daughter is currently enrolled in an independent study program, which requires reliable internet access for her daily schoolwork and participation in Zoom classes. Maintaining our internet service is essential to ensuring she can continue her education without interruption.
I have applied for unemployment benefits, which are expected to be available to me on or before April 12, 2026. Once those funds are received, I fully intend to bring my account current.
Given these circumstances, I kindly ask if there are any hardship programs, payment arrangements, or temporary assistance options available that could help me keep my service active during this time.
I truly appreciate your understanding and consideration, and I am hopeful we can find a solution that allows me to stay connected while I navigate this transition.
