Xfinity Support
I have paid for moths of service without ever having working Internet.
a technician appointment was scheduled and the technician refused to believe that the coax outlet in my apartment was the only available communication outlet. He demanded access to my bedroom and stormed all over my apartment and finally damaged my wall by removing the coax outlet. He left without repairing anything because I wouldn’t let him into my bedroom.
I have tried for over a month to have someone address my payments that need refunding, the behavior of the technician, the damage to my apartment and the lack of internet service. I have been “escalated” multiple times only to be ignored. I have received a message that I will not be refunded and the technician lied to his supervisor about ever coming into my apartment.
I will not stop contacting Xfinity u til this is fixed.
