I am having an absolutely disappointing experience with Xfinity. I was promised $500 Gift Card ( one for each line with Xfinity mobile) and I switched 6 of our lines from another provider to Xfinity. I still haven't received it after almost 3 months and the agents on the phone are very rude and denying it outright saying there was no such promotion, even though it was clearly mentioned on the phone while I established service for mobile as well as internet.
silly me decided to add to this account and agreed to the free watch promotion. I was told I would get a credit for the fee I was charged of $150 because the code provided didn’t work So I paid the fee and was only refunded a tax fee. Please do the needful and correct thing to resolve this at the earliest.
