xfinity support

Bad neighborhood kids have been repeatedly trying to lift the utility box (cover) off the service pedestal.  The utility box is not firmly in the ground and wobbles.  Yesterday, someone walked by the utility cover and tipped it over.  My internet service dropped after the utility box tipped over, but it seems to be working now.  Please inspect the utility service location and firmly place the utility box so that this does not continue to be a problem.

To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account? 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
