Xfinity support
I am trying to cancel a subscription to the Starz App that was accidentally purchased. I have tried through the television, noting. I have tried through the Starz website and it says it has to be cancelled through Xfinity. Why is this so difficult?

Hello user_ddjc1y, thank you for reaching out in our Xfinity Community forums. Trying to cancel something and having to jump through a lot of hoops can be frustrating; but we are here to help. You are talking about the Starz app, not the network, or both?
