@jamesrm1 I am so sorry to hear that your sent emails prior to February 10th are missing! I know how important it is to have those records for your personal or professional use. How are you accessing your emails? Are you using a third party email client like Outlook? If so, are your emails visible when signing in here: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite?

Quemekia,

The transition team for the planned shut down of Comcast after the Comcast conversion to Yahoo, is currently working the issue.  After 50 minutes on the phone, the CSR committed to resolution and will call to ensure it has occurred when he understands it to be resolved.

It is a Systemic Issue for the Comcast/Yahoo Transition Team affecting multiple customers across multiple platform access combinations.

I suspect there is no Beta Testing/Sandbox that is being used to ensure code has been verified and validated.
