Xfinity Support

I pay for Showtime with Paramount+ through my plan. It has stopped working this week. I have been on with Xfinity 3 times and P+ once to troubleshoot the issue.  P+ states I do not have an active account. Therefore I am unable to get a reset password link. Xfinity keeps asking me to sign in but the only choice is to pick a plan and subscribe. Can you please address the issue of my account. Thank you.

If you subscribe to Showtime with Paramount +, this means you have access to Paramount Plus through your X1 TV Box or Xfinity Stream App, whereas The Paramount Plus App is considered a standalone service (subscription to Paramount + required) and is not included within the subscription level you mentioned.
