Xfinity Support

I feel like a victim of bait and switch. I received an email stating that my promotion ends March 11. I have gone into the xfinity store, Online chat and called provided phone number to take advantage of email offer. Nobody can give me this offer but try to offer their current offerings in the database which do not match the new customer offerings. The one agent even took my contact information and assured me I would receive a follow up phone call to resolve the issue shortly (still waiting.....). All assured follow ups have fallen on deaf ears. Why is this so difficult?

@XfinityGabriel​  I was focusing on the 1 gig service for 5 year price lock and 2 years of peacock ($50 a month with automatic debit from checking). I have my own modem and router and prefer to stay with that. I also would like to finish out current xfinity promotion since I have an annual peacock that expires in April.

Have you attempted to go through the plan builder while logged in with your Xfinity ID? Is there anywhere in the email with a specific link or instruction to do in order to qualify for that specific promotion?

If the email provided you with a specific promotion, you would need to use that number to work with their team to get it applied. Our team would only have the option to provide what we have available and what your account qualifies for.
