xfinity support
Hello,
I’m an Xfinity NOW customer and until recently have been pleased with the service. I moved from Seattle to Philadelphia Dec 18 and hoped to move Xfinity NOW with me. However, my attempt to continue using Xfinity NOW in Philadelphia has been frustrated at several turns.
First, Xfinity sent me a postpaid modem at my new address in PA. Xfinity NOW requires a prepaid modem. I chatted with several live agents who turned down my request that Xfinity mail me the correct modem.
These live agents directed me to the PA Xfinity store. They assured me I would be able to pick up the correct prepaid modem. However, again, my efforts were frustrated.
At the PA Xfinity store the assistant store manager informed me he was unable to supply me with the correct modem for Xfinity NOW. Instead, he wanted me to get post paid internet.
At this point, I have been without internet since Dec 18. I initially contacted Xfinity in November to ensure a smooth transition. Can you mail me the proper modem and help me get my Xfinity NOW service up and running?
