Today 12/28, I am experiencing the exact same issues since Christmas Day. The Apple Watch was a gift my my child. This has ruined his Christmas. The watch is paired to another phone so I have no cellular. This is impossible because I only have 1 phone in my household.

You mentioned the watch is paired to another phone, but you only have one phone in your household. Could you confirm if the watch was purchased directly from Xfinity or through a third party?
