Hello, I am wanting to check the availability of the gigabit X10 symmetrical residential fiber plan at my home address. I have not been able to find out how to send a direct message on this forum.  Thank you

Hello, @Turbo66gto. I can definitely check if the Gigabit X10 symmetrical internet service is available in your area. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
