Xfinity Support

I forgot my Xfinity ID and am trying to recover it. When I chat with the Assistant, it has me look up and when I give it my email it says “This information doesn't match our records

Try again or contact us and one of our agents will be happy to help” and directs me to the AI which CANNOT HELP as I CANNOT SIGN IN and it REFUSES TO LET ME SPEAK WITH A REAL PERSON. I am moving soon, and if Xfinity keeps charging me when I move I will not hesitate to mark it as fraud.

I have to use a different account to make this post than the one with issues since i cannot log into that one because it keeps telling me

Try again or contact us and one of our agents will be happy to help” and starts the same loop. The one time I tried chatting with an agent I was told to chat with the AI.
