Good morning user_m60xny. I'm sorry that you are dealing with no dial tone on your home line. I know that our home phone service is vital, and I want to get it working for you again asap. You found the best place for help here on our Xfinity Forums! The first thing I find is that we move the phone to a new jack or replace the modem and that causes an issue. Do you have a new modem? Does your phone plug into the back of the modem is tel port 1?
