Hello I would like an issue resolved where my account is showing 0 data usage for the previous 2 months, thank you.

@Tfamilyof04 Is this for your Mobile account or internet service? With your Internet are you subscribed to unlimited usage?

Thanks for confirming for me @Tfamilyof04 Our new internet plans now include unlimited data and equipment at no extra cost with no annual contracts or early termination fees. The usage meter was designed to help you from going over your 1.2 terabytes of usage. Are you on an unlimited plan or are you still on a plan with 1.2 terabytes of usage? This information can be found on your Xfinity bill which can also be accessed through our free XFINITY App.
