Xfinity Support
I got an email from Xfinity saying they were coming on 9-3-25 and they never showed up. I don’t see an appointment in my account. I tried contacting customer service in Xfinity assistant and by calling and was unable to get any information. Can someone please add my appointment to my account and send a new email with a new arrival date.
