XFinity support

I've been lied to and [Edited: "Language"] around by Xfinity assistant and I can't get anybody to listen to me or even get it email. I even emailed the Comcast business and still they ignored my email all I want to do is get refunded some of my money that I was promised but then for all the hardship and everything I went through since August 8th with like 10 11 different people lying to me. Saying oh I'm getting a new modem they're upgrading me oh I just got to answer this call just to confirm that I'm getting the upgrade and then it in 24 hours my credit will be added to my account that I was supposed to be credited. And it never happens it's just run around lies after lies at the lights so I went to T-Mobile why because I'm on it with the phone service I got better internet and I'm on a fixed income I'm disabled that's why I try to use the internet instead of talking to people because I go from 0 to 100 within five seconds. But people still trying to keep me connected to them and I don't want to be. They won't put the money back on my card either like I keep asking them I just want a real person, that's an American or at least understands what we're going through right now, and I want to be listened to and see what their [Edited: "Language"] Xfinity assistants live agents are doing because they don't care.

So when it's not a big outage problem on a map to get the crap credited and it's the modem itself and I've moved it and did what I'm supposed to to make sure the coax cable was new it was not being pulled pushed the plug-in was good it wasn't near a wall electrical devices wasn't near anything that can conform it in anything then it's the modems problem and nobody fix the problem. So don't say it's an outage problem that's the only way it can be credited because it wasn't a public outage it was just mine. And then for them to give me a new modem they wanted to charge me $45 one guy said I had to pay $45 that day to get a new modem to get upgraded really I didn't have to pay for that box I shouldn't have had to I should have got a new one and been able to send that one back. You can try to justify your reasoning but it's wrong  try to people and trying to get help and when you tried it do something it they send you to the same people that have been [Edited: Language] you around Xfinity assistant. Seems that's the only people you can talk to unless you come here cause you can't talk to anybody higher up because for some reason they don't want you to have their emails cuz they don't want to deal with the problem. When everybody on the internet has an email for customer service to talk to somebody higher up everywhere except Comcast Xfinity
